The Board of Trustees consists of the Mayor and four trustees, each of whom is elected for a two year term. Village elections are in June. The Mayor and two trustees are elected in even-numbered years, and two trustees are elected in odd-numbered years. There is no limit on the number of terms that may be served by an individual.

Meetings:
The Board of Trustees of the Village of Quogue, New York will hold their regular monthly meetings on the third Friday of each month at 4:00 P. M. in the Village Office Building, North Meeting Room, 7 Village Lane, Quogue, New York.
Pursuant to §103-a of the New York State Public Officer’s Law and Local Law No. 3 of 2022, meetings of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Quogue will be held in person, or may be held as hybrid meetings in a combination of both in-person and videoconference (i.e. ZOOM). Notice whether a meeting will be held as a hybrid meeting and the access requirements of such remote meeting platform may be obtained from the Village Clerk.
