Court Sessions

First Monday of each month at 9:30 A.M.: Criminal matters, including vehicle and traffic law misdemeanors.
Third Monday of each month at 9:30A.M.: All other vehicle and traffic law matters.
First and third Monday of each month at 1:00 P.M.: Quogue Village Code violations.
Small Claims/Civil at 2:00 P.M.
If a Monday on which court is scheduled is a holiday, court will be on the following business day.
Arraignments, motions, special proceedings and trials are scheduled as needed.
