The Hampton Theatre Company
The Hampton Theatre Company is a regional theater troupe, founded in 1984, operating from September through June of each year at the lovely and historic Quogue Community Hall. Since its founding, the company has produced more than 60 critically acclaimed productions, with casts drawn from members of the company and the larger theatrical community. We invite and encourage all to take part in this wonderful theatrical adventure… as audience members, volunteers, technical crew and performers. We feel sure you will enjoy the experience.
The Quogue Junior Theater Troupe
“The Quogue Junior Theatre Troupe is an amateur, professionally directed young people’s theater group founded in 1979. It presents two fully scaled musicals each summer at the Quogue Community Hall. Created to provide an educational theatrical experience, the Troupe fosters the personal growth and development of its young members, who hail from Quogue and its surrounding communities. Young performers are guided in dancing, singing and acting, while other troupe members may choose to participate in other areas of theatrical production, such as stage management and lighting and sound design and operation. Still other members have the unique opportunity to assist our professional staff of directors. From the first rehearsal to opening night, all troupe members learn what it takes to mount major theatrical productions, develop valuable skills, and create lifelong summer memories.”
